Music & Life Lately
Keeping up with my ever expanding music collection is proving to be quite difficult. My iPod went on the fritz a week or two ago, and now I seem to be missing over 2,000 songs. I have no idea where they went. Music is so expensive, too.
I keep telling my mother that when I have my own house, the only items in it will be books and CDs. [I'm hoping wall-to-wall shelving, too. =D]
Life lately has been…interesting. I’ve been spending a little more time with friends [We saw the Twilight movie the night it came out, and somehow we always make time for Sonic runs. lol ] which is good. I still love my alone time, though. It’s becoming more and more valuable – so much of my time is spent on homework, preparation for homework, or chores lately. And my brain never seems to stop. College, service hours, and a multitude of other various topics keep me from getting to sleep as quickly as I’d like.
I still haven’t finished applying for UK…Centre and Vanderbilt are both completely done, though. I just don’t want to do UK’s; I’m not sure if that’s God telling me something, or if it’s just because I’m being lazy. I’m guessing the latter. No matter how many times I promise myself I’ll get it done, I never actually finish it.
Somehow, that just inspired me. I’m off to finish my UK app, in lieu of studying for the AP Psychology test and the Essay test on Till We Have Faces I’ll be taking tomorrow. Trade one thing in for another. =)
im gonna go to UK. as soon as i get accepted, that is… i just sent in my app like three weeks ago. and my ACT test scores are good enough, and my experience with vets is enough to get my into any vet program at any university. what hall do you want to stay in at UK?? me and kirstie are in new north!!!
